At Treaty Treats, our goal is simple — happy pets and confident pet parents. If something isn’t right, we want to work with you to resolve it.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- It must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been opened, used, tampered with,
or is not in resalable condition.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- A damaged item
- A product that appears faulty
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or
refund.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Treaty Treats will cover the cost of replacement
shipping.
Product Variations
Treaty treats are made from 100% natural ingredients. As a result, variations in:
- Colour
- Size
- Shape
- Texture
may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences do not constitute a product fault.
Refund Process
You must contact us before returning any product.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns
sent without prior approval may not be eligible for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several
business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Discretion & Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually and assessed fairly based on the
circumstances.
