Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on retail orders of $99 or more.

Flat Rate Shipping

For retail orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $12.00 applies.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

We partner with trusted Australian courier providers to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your location and parcel size, your order may be shipped via:

Wholesale Orders

Free shipping and flat-rate shipping do not apply to wholesale purchases.

Wholesale freight charges are calculated at cost and confirmed prior to dispatch.

International Orders

Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Please note that customs duties, taxes and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information

Orders are delivered via registered courier services.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place at their discretion. If you require a signature upon delivery, please indicate this clearly in the order notes at checkout.

For deliveries to business addresses, please include:

• Business name
• Contact person (if applicable)
• Any special delivery instructions

Treaty Treats is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier; however, we will always assist in resolving any delivery concerns where possible.
